My name is Britney Swift and I am an ACSM certified personal trainer, as well as a Doctor of Physical Therapy working in the Worcester area, who has been working in the personal training field since 2016. Over the past few years, I have encountered many excuses when it comes to living a healthy life; "I have no time", "I can't eat that because I'm trying to lose weight", and "strength training will make me look big". I am here to prove to you that those excuses are bogus! I help busy working professionals and ex-athletes easily and realistically integrate fitness and nutrition into their lives without doing endless hours of cardio or restricting foods.

One click away from a trainer (Me!) You'll be able to contact a fitness professional with all your questions and concerns related to your fitness and nutritional goals. Your trainer will be able to help you every step of the way via email or app.


NUTRITIONÂ COACHING
Professional guidance on fueling your training and reaching your fitness goals. Through the app, you'll be able to track your food quickly and easily by snapping a quick picture of your meals. If you need more in depth nutrition analysis, the app can integrate fitbit or myfitness pal to take a closer look at your nutrition. This service is only offered in the Tier II package.
