Many of us understand that time is of the essences and we know what we should be doing in terms of health and fitness, but life keeps getting in the way or we don't know where to start.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT BRITNEY

Your Fitness Concierge

My love for health and fitness started when I was young due to a variety of involvement in sports which include football, wrestling, soccer, hockey, and taekwondo. However, my passion for exercise started when my dad gave me my first pair of dumbbells because I wanted to be stronger and faster than the boys I played with. Through my 10 years of training in taekwondo, I found fulfillment in helping my students and fellow classmates achieve their martial arts and fitness goals. I found it quite fitting to pursue a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science from Springfield College, MA and become certified as a trainer through ACSM. Of course that wasn't enough, so I went on and achieved my Doctroate of Physical Therapy from Franklin Pierce University in 2024.

Since 2016, I have been working in the field with a diverse group of clients and have enjoyed helping busy working professionals and ex-athletes easily and realistically fit a healthy lifestyle into their lives. As a trainer who was working 12 hour shifts most days of the week, I understand what it's like to be busy; I know what it's like to have no time to work out and not have time to plan out healthy meals. But I can prove to you that it's possible to fit exercise and mindful nutrition into your busy lives without sacrificing time with loved ones or your favorite foods. As an ex-athlete, I totally understand what it's like to deal with the aches and pains of past sports and having to mold to adult hood where you don't have the luxury of being as active as you want to be. And now being an adult has caught up with you but you still miss being that active person where you were challenged to push yourself.
